Ingredients
- 1 small pumpkin, peeled and diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
