Ingredients
- 2 cups parboiled rice
- Water for soaking
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Wash the parboiled rice and soak it in water for 4-5 hours.
- Drain the water and grind the rice to a smooth paste, adding water as needed.
- Add salt to the rice paste and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Take a ladleful of the rice batter and spread it evenly on the pan to make a round flatbread.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter to make more flatbreads.
- Serve hot with your favorite curry or chutney.
