Ingredients
- 4 bitter melons
- 250g ground beef

Instructions
- Prepare the bitter melons by cutting them in half lengthwise and removing the seeds and pith.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bitter melon halves with the meat mixture.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the stuffed bitter melon to the pan and cook until the meat is fully cooked and the bitter melon is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
