Ingredients
- 4 bitter melons

Instructions

- Stuff the bitter melon slices with the shrimp and tofu mixture.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the stuffed bitter melon until golden brown and the filling is cooked through.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
