Pascuense Poke Bowl

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger to make the marinade.
  2. Place the cubed tuna in the marinade and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Divide the cooked sushi rice into two bowls.
  4. Top the rice with marinated tuna, sliced avocado, diced cucumber, sliced radishes, and chopped scallions.
  5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top.
