Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk

- 1 tsp ground turmeric
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, garlic, and red chili. Sauté until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add the ground turmeric, cumin, coriander, and paprika. Stir well to combine with the onion mixture.
