Ingredients

  • 400g of pasta
  • 1 cup of San Marinese tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a separate pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the San Marinese tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese over the pasta and mix well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Divide the pasta into serving plates and garnish with additional cheese if desired.
