Ingredients

  • 1 cup ditalini pasta
  • 1 can (15 oz) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  2. Add the diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, oregano, and red pepper flakes to the pot. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
