Ingredients

  • 1 pound penne pasta
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the tomato sauce to the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
  6. Grease a baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
  7. Pour the pasta mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is set.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into roll-ups.
