Ingredients
- 1 pound penne pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the tomato sauce to the beef mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, beef mixture, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and beaten eggs. Mix well.
- Grease a baking dish and line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the pasta mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing into roll-ups.
