Ingredients
- 1 pound of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (14 oz) of diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Add the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for a few minutes until the pepper is tender.
