Ingredients
- 1 lb salted cod, soaked and flaked

- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salted cod, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Add the eggs and flour to the mixture, and stir until everything is well combined.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the cod mixture and carefully drop them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
