- 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 12 ready-made pastry sheets

Instructions
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add the diced tempeh to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Next, add the curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and let the tempeh mixture cool down.
- Once the tempeh mixture has cooled, combine it with the mashed potatoes in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
