Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, datil peppers, parsley, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 8 crab cakes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
