Ingredients
- 2 cups full cream milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup powdered milk
Instructions
- In a non-stick pan, combine the full cream milk and white sugar.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan.
- Add the powdered milk and continue to cook until the mixture forms into a thick paste.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into a small ball, then flatten it slightly to form a disc shape.
- Repeat with the remaining mixture.
- Wrap each pastillas in colorful cellophane or parchment paper.
