Ingredients

  • 2 cups full cream milk
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick pan, combine the full cream milk and white sugar.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and starts to pull away from the sides of the pan.
  3. Add the powdered milk and continue to cook until the mixture forms into a thick paste.
  4. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
  5. Scoop a spoonful of the mixture and roll it into a small ball, then flatten it slightly to form a disc shape.
  6. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  7. Wrap each pastillas in colorful cellophane or parchment paper.
