Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup paprika
  • 1/4 cup cumin
  • 1/4 cup garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup fenugreek
  • 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all the spices in a bowl to create the seasoning mixture.
  2. Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the thinly sliced beef.
  3. Place the seasoned beef in a resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 24 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
  4. After 24 hours, remove the beef from the refrigerator and slice it thinly before serving.
