Ingredients
- 1 lb beef, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup cumin
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1/4 cup fenugreek
- 1/4 cup cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup salt
Instructions
- Combine all the spices in a bowl to create the seasoning mixture.
- Rub the seasoning mixture onto both sides of the thinly sliced beef.
- Place the seasoned beef in a resealable plastic bag and refrigerate for 24 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
- After 24 hours, remove the beef from the refrigerator and slice it thinly before serving.
