Ingredients
- 2 medium-sized squash
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced

- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds to create a hollow cavity.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice, black beans, onion, garlic, bell pepper, tomato, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
