Ingredients
- 250g paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

- 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks
- Salt to taste

Instructions

- Add paneer cubes, onion, and bell pepper to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated paneer, onion, and bell pepper onto skewers.
- Heat oil in a pan and place the skewers. Cook until the paneer is golden brown and the vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
