Ingredients

  • 250g paneer, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into chunks

Instructions

  4. Heat oil in a pan and place the skewers. Cook until the paneer is golden brown and the vegetables are tender, turning occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with mint chutney and lemon wedges.
