Pav Bhaji Nachos
Pav Bhaji Nachos is a fusion dish that combines the flavors of Indian street food with the crunch of nachos. It's a perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup boiled and mashed mixed vegetables (potatoes, peas, carrots, cauliflower)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 bag of nacho chips
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn translucent.
- Add the bell pepper and tomatoes, and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
- Add the pav bhaji masala, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Add the mashed vegetables and mix until well combined.
- Spread the nacho chips on a baking tray and top with the pav bhaji mixture.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
