Ingredients
- 1 cup pasta
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt to taste
- 4 pav buns
Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
- Add the pav bhaji masala, salt, and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well with the vegetable mixture.
- Toast the pav buns with a little butter.
- Serve the pav bhaji pasta with the toasted buns.
