Ingredients

  • 1 cup pasta
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, bell peppers)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 pav buns

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the butter and sauté the onions until translucent.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender.
  5. Add the pav bhaji masala, salt, and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture is well combined.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well with the vegetable mixture.
  7. Toast the pav buns with a little butter.
  8. Serve the pav bhaji pasta with the toasted buns.
