Ingredients
- 2 cups of pav bhaji masala
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, potatoes)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 cup of pizza sauce
- 4 pre-made pizza crusts
- 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
- Butter for greasing
Instructions
- Heat a pan and add the pav bhaji masala, mixed vegetables, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
- Spread pizza sauce on each pizza crust.
- Divide the cooked pav bhaji mixture equally and spread it over the pizza sauce on each crust.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the pav bhaji mixture.
- Bake the pizzas in a preheated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
