Pav Bhaji Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pav bhaji masala
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
  2. Spread pav bhaji masala on one side of a tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, onions, bell peppers, and cilantro on top.
  4. Cover with another tortilla and grill in the pan with butter until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
  6. Slice the quesadillas into wedges and serve hot.
