Ingredients
- 2 cups pav bhaji masala
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Butter for grilling
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat.
- Spread pav bhaji masala on one side of a tortilla.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, onions, bell peppers, and cilantro on top.
- Cover with another tortilla and grill in the pan with butter until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat for the remaining tortillas.
