Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs

- 1/4 cup peach jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.

- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually stir into the creamed mixture.
