  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 3-4 ripe peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
