Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup carrots, julienned
- 1/2 cup peanuts, unsalted
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the red bell pepper, green beans, and carrots. Stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the peanuts, soy sauce, and honey. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve the Sauté de Légumes aux Arachides hot.
