Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 cups vegetable broth
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour with a pinch of salt and enough water to form a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small balls and set aside.
- In a separate pot, heat the peanut butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic, and spices. Cook for 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Gently drop the dough balls into the simmering sauce. Cover and cook for 20-25 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve the peanut butter dumplings hot.
