Peanut Ladoo (heavenly Shenga Unde)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup grated jaggery
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, grind the roasted peanuts into a coarse powder.
  2. Transfer the ground peanuts to a mixing bowl and add grated jaggery and cardamom powder.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and pour it over the peanut-jaggery mixture.
  4. Mix well and let it cool slightly.
  5. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round balls to form the ladoos.
