Peking Duck Tacos (Tacos de Pato Pekín)

Ingredients

  • 1 Peking duck, deboned and shredded
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup julienned carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions
