Peking Style Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and green onions to make the Peking sauce.
  2. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then coat them with cornstarch.
