Pelmeni Party

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 package of pelmeni wrappers

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each pelmeni wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pinch to seal the dumplings.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the pelmeni and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- Remove the pelmeni with a slotted spoon and serve with sour cream and vinegar.
