Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 package of pelmeni wrappers

  • Vinegar, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place a small amount of the meat mixture in the center of each pelmeni wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pinch to seal the dumplings.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then add the pelmeni and cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  5. Remove the pelmeni with a slotted spoon and serve with sour cream and vinegar.
