Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound ground pork

  • 1 package of round dumpling wrappers

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Fold the dumpling wrapper in half and pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside.
  4. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pelmeni. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
  5. Remove the pelmeni with a slotted spoon and serve hot with sour cream or melted butter.
