Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 package of round dumpling wrappers
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Fold the dumpling wrapper in half and pinch the edges together to seal the filling inside.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the pelmeni. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until they float to the surface.
- Remove the pelmeni with a slotted spoon and serve hot with sour cream or melted butter.
