Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless lamb shoulder
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup red wine
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the lamb with salt and pepper.
- Heat some oil in a large pot and brown the lamb on all sides. Remove from the pot and set aside.
- Add the onions and garlic to the pot and cook until softened.
- Return the lamb to the pot and add the carrots, celery, red wine, beef broth, and rosemary.

- Strain the cooking liquid and serve it with the sliced lamb.
