Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

  5. Pour in the water, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour or until the penguin is tender.
