Ingredients
- 1 whole penguin, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, garlic, ginger, paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the penguin pieces to the pot and brown on all sides.
- Pour in the water, cover the pot, and simmer for 1 hour or until the penguin is tender.
- Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
