Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef

- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, parsley, pecorino cheese, bread crumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
