Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground meat, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
