Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, ground meat, onion, garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish, drizzle with olive oil, and cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
- Serve the stuffed peppers hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired.
