Ingredients

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.

  3. Stuff the bell peppers with the meat mixture.

  5. Add 1/2 cup of water to the skillet, cover, and simmer for 30-35 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is cooked through.
