  • 3 kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon tamarind paste

  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sliced banana blossoms, tomato, shallot, red chilies, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the tamarind paste, salt, and sugar. Pour this mixture over the banana blossom mixture and toss to combine.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 portions and wrap each portion in banana leaves, then grill over medium heat for 15-20 minutes.
