Ingredients
- 2 lbs of goat meat, cut into chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 scotch bonnet peppers, chopped
- 2 tbsp of pepper soup spice mix
- 4 cups of water
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the goat meat, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, and pepper soup spice mix.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
- Season with salt to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
