Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of goat meat, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 scotch bonnet peppers, chopped
  • 2 tbsp of pepper soup spice mix
  • 4 cups of water
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the goat meat, onion, tomatoes, bell peppers, scotch bonnet peppers, and pepper soup spice mix.
  2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, or until the meat is tender.
  3. Season with salt to taste.
