Ingredients
- 1 lb beef tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, oyster sauce, crushed black peppercorns, and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add the marinated beef strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add the sliced onion and bell peppers, and continue stir-frying for another 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
