Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef tenderloin, sliced into thin strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns, crushed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, oyster sauce, crushed black peppercorns, and minced garlic for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat.

  5. Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
