Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the mashed sweet potatoes, mashed bananas, flour, salt, pepper, green onions, and garlic.
- Form the mixture into small patties and coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the fritters until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
