Ingredients
- 2 lbs roast pork, sliced
- 4 baby bok choy, halved
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
