Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
