Peruvian Potato Salad (causa Limeña)

Ingredients

  • 4 large yellow potatoes, boiled and mashed

  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

Instructions

  2. Divide the potato mixture into two equal portions.

  7. Cover the filling with the remaining portion of the potato mixture to create the top layer.
