Peshawari Chapli Kabab (پشاوری چپلی کباب)

Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander, mint, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, egg, cornflour, and salt.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat round kababs.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs until they are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with naan, raita, and salad.
