Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, tomato, green chilies, coriander, mint, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, egg, cornflour, and salt.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into flat round kababs.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs until they are golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Serve hot with naan, raita, and salad.
