Ingredients

  • 1 large eggplant, sliced

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, garlic, and brown sugar to make the marinade.
