Ingredients

  • 500g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 onions, thinly sliced
  • 3-4 green chilies, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the green chilies and mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
  3. Stir in the turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
