Ingredients
- 500g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 onions, thinly sliced
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.
- Add the green chilies and mushrooms, and cook until the mushrooms are tender.
- Stir in the turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
