Ingredients
- 4 large artichokes
- 500g minced meat
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup rice

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions
