Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced

- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked rice, cooked lentils, chopped onion, diced tomatoes, parsley, dill, olive oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the rice and lentil mixture.

- Cover the pot and cook the stuffed peppers on the stovetop over medium heat for 45 minutes, or until the peppers are tender.
