Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup Pōhutukawa honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and Pōhutukawa honey.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
- Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the wings are golden brown and cooked through, basting with the remaining marinade halfway through cooking.
