Ingredients
- 1 bunch of green garlic
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions
- Trim the roots and any tough outer layers from the green garlic. Cut the green garlic into small pieces.
- In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, water, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar and salt.
- Place the green garlic in a clean jar and pour the hot vinegar mixture over the top, covering the garlic completely.
- Let the pickled green garlic cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before using.
