Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or lamb
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  3. Roll out the pizza dough into a large oval or rectangle shape.
  4. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Evenly spread the meat mixture over the tomato sauce.
  6. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top of the meat.
  7. Arrange the sliced tomato and green pepper on the pizza.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the hot pizza before serving.
